Custom Programming & Report Design
 
ORDERS Plus offers professional development talent to you on a fixed price basis for the purpose of creating Custom Reports, Programs and/or making modifications to existing printed forms i.e. Invoices, Quotes, Packing Lists etc.

Another benefit this service includes are custom installation programs that will allow you to re-install any customizations made after a service pack or upgrade has been installed.  This eliminates being left out in the cold as a "Custom" site.

The successful development of a Custom Program, Report or Enhancement to ORDERS Plus requires that several phases be accomplished in order.  They are:

  1. Project Definition, Engineering Summary and Proposal
  2. Engineering
  3. In-House Testing
  4. Delivery to Customer
  5. Field Testing
  6. Completion

The first step to completing a custom project is to schedule a one-hour consultation appointment.  We recommend the customer provide detailed documentation during this meeting including any printed samples, if the project is related to report or form modifications.  During this meeting, the specific requirements and overall understanding of your needs will be made.   Typically, an initial feasibility assessment can also be made during this time.  Depending upon the project, a general cost estimate may also be determined during this meeting.  However, a formal proposal is always provided.

COST OF SERVICE: 2 Incidents Per Hour (1 Hour Minimum)
