These are just a few of reasons why we have created our IT Services Department.  Everyday we speak to a Customer that hired a local IT person just to find out they were unable to resolve problems related to the Enterprise Software Applications installed on the network they support.  Not to mention, the customers whose IT person consists of a family member or friend that has opened a computer at one time or another.

Of course, it is very understandable that a customer wants to spend as little as possible.  However, if they don't receive value, there is no real benefit except an increased expense.  Bottom-line! This is not the way to assure successful implementation of today's enterprise software.

Now, in conjunction with our State-Of-The-Art, Internet Based, Desktop Support System, IT Services are available directly from the manufacturer of the software your company relies on day-to-day.  Desktop IT Services can be provided easily with the use of a telephone and internet connection.  It's the next best thing to being there, without the associated expense.  Not to mention, the real value of hiring a certified expert that will produce results typically in far less time compare to a non-qualified local expert.

Our Installation Service is available for new customers that purchase ORDERS Plus who do not have the experience or confidence to install the software using the installation instructions. This service will assure the software is installed correctly on the file server computer. This service will also provide for the configuration of one workstation, typically an administrator workstation, to access the software installed on the server computer.

Site Analysis - Is Your Enterprise Compliant with Today's System Requirements to operate Enterprise Software Systems?  Our Site Analysis Service provides a vital step to assuring your systems are ready to run today's business software systems.  This service will evaluate all the details of your enterprise and detail exactly what configuration changes need to be done for compliance and optimal performance.

Systems Upgrade - If you are thinking about upgrading Workstations, Servers or both, our Systems Consulting Department can provide the guidance and direction for success.

Desktop Troubleshooting - What a fantastic way to troubleshoot installation, network configuration and system performance issues.
