Step
#1. Check Compatibility
Select this option from each computer in which service will be provided.
At the conclusion of the test, select the "EMAIL RESULTS" Button. If this test is not successful, read the details
about the results of the test to determine the problem.
Most problems are related to Pop-up
Blocking and the Java Compiler in use.

Resolving System Incompatibility Issues
If the computer was not able to pass the
compatibility test, please review the following subjects to resolve the problem.
Note: We only support the use of Microsoft
Internet Explorer. Other 3rd Party Browsers may or may not work.
However, we cannot provide troubleshooting assistance.
Disable Pop-Up Blocking
The most common incompatibility issue is related to
not allowing
pop-ups or more commonly called Pop-up Blocking. If using Microsoft Internet Explorer, select TOOLS > POP-UP BLOCKER >
TURN OFF POP-UP BLOCKER. Close Internet Explorer, then check compatibility again.
If the compatibility checks still indicates POPUPS
ALLOWED: FALSE or NO and you are convinced Popup Blocking is disabled in your
browser, you may also have other 3rd party applications that are blocking
pop-ups. 3rd Party Applications like the Google Toolbar, Yahoo Toolbar or
an Internet Security Suite, may also have their own pop-up blockers which also
need to be disabled.
Enable Microsoft VM JIT Compiler
The second most common problem is related to
the installation of the Virtual Java Machine for Microsoft Internet Explorer
supplied with Microsoft Windows.
-
First, select the Tools Menu >
Internet Options > Advanced Tab
-
Scroll down approximately 2/3rds of the way down
to the section that reads: Microsoft VM. If no section labeled
Microsoft VM exists, you will need to download and install the Microsoft
Java Machine. Select Here to
Download MS Java Machine
-
Make sure the checkbox next to: JIT Compiler
for Virtual Machine Enabled is selected.
-
If Java (Sun) is located just above the
Microsoft VM section, make sure the checkbox next to: Java (Sun) Use JRE..is
NOT Selected. Basically, confirm that Microsoft VM JIT Compiler is
selected and Java (Sun) is not selected.
-
If neither
Microsoft VM or Java (Sun) exist, then
Select Here to
Download MS Java Machine
-
Reboot your
computer and check compatibility again.

Adding Trusted Sites to Internet Explorer
When interacting with the CustomerCare
Center and Online Help Desk, it may be necessary to update your internet
browser settings to include our websites as Trusted Sites. This is
typically needed with Windows Server 2003 and/or other secure operating
systems.
Typically, most browsers have security settings that relate who you
consider to be a trusted site. Interacting with ORDERS Plus may require
that we are considered a trusted site. Add the following information to
your trusted sites list:
*.ordersplus.com
*.ordersplus-ecommerce.com
Make sure the "Require Server Verification (https:)
for all sites in this zone" is not selected.
